I was reading a post on a popular blog that talked about how it is easier to turn off yourself than it is to turn on yourself. I thought about that comment for a while and it made me think about how we stop ourselves from learning anything because it’s so easy to slip into autopilot mode. This can be a very dangerous and damaging state for all of us to be in. What we want to learn, make, or do is often so easy to do.
When we do things that are easy, we don’t learn them very well, and when we don’t learn them well, we don’t do them. I think this is why we have a tendency to slip into autopilot mode when we’re faced with something easy, especially when it doesn’t require us to do anything. We don’t learn the hard way because we don’t have to.
While there are definitely people out there who have fallen into autopilot mode, I think the most common problem that people have is that they feel like they have to do something difficult, but they don’t know how to solve the problem.
Well, the best way to learn something hard is to do it. We learn by doing it. This is why it is so good to actually start doing something hard like playing video games. We know what we have to do, and as soon as we start doing it, it becomes second nature.
Autopilot is the opposite of autopilot. It is a state of being in which you are not fully aware of your own actions, and in fact do not even know you are doing them. If you are constantly aware of your actions, then you have autopilot. If you only have awareness of your actions when they are happening, then you are fully autopilot.
You won’t achieve autopilot if you are constantly aware of your actions and fully committed to them. Autopilot is a state of being in which you are aware of your actions, and yet you do not commit to them. If you commit to your actions, you are fully autopilot.
Well, when you’re not fully committed to your actions, you won’t be able to wind up. Your actions won’t be all that important. But if you are committed to your actions, you will wind up. If you are so committed to your actions that you cannot stop them, then you are not fully committed to your actions. That is the state of being in. It’s not a state of being that you can just let go of.
At the end of this process, you wind up. If you have not committed to your actions, you are at the end of the process. But if you are committed to your actions, you have already started the process. When you are fully committed to your actions, you are just about to win the game.
The process of being committed to your actions is often called the “winding up” and the process of not winding up is often called the “not winding up”. To be committed to your actions you have to be willing to stop, and to not commit to your actions you have to be willing to start.
To start, you have to stop. The only way you are committed to your actions is if you are willing to stop when you reach the end, and to stop at the end you have to be willing to start. To start, you have to not commit to your actions, and to commit you have to be willing to stop when you reach the end.
