Unfortunately, most of us have gotten to the point where we are so busy asking questions that we’ve forgotten what it is we are looking for.
In a market, you are constantly looking for a new, better, more amazing, better, better, and so on. The trouble is this is the only way to keep on getting better. So instead of improving, what happens? You are left with nothing left to offer. You are just the same old you, only now without the drive or the ambition.
A market is a place where you have to constantly ask questions to keep on improving. You can never be satisfied with the answers you get, because you have to continually search for answers.
It is my experience that this is the only way to improve. And if you don’t improve, you are left with nothing to offer the world. In a market you will have to continually ask questions, and it is my experience that most of the time you are met with answers.
The market that I currently work in is the one that has the most competition. There are four other vendors, two of them are in the same city as me. The other two are in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. So I can see how the competition works. I think it would be good for everyone to try to learn that this, and how to work with these others. Some people work really well at one thing, while others are good at something else.
Yes, it’s true. If you’re working on something and you’re not a “team player” you’re going to have a problem. You can work well on a team, but you can’t work well if you are stuck with one person.
I think it might be an interesting experiment to see if we could improve the marketplace by giving each individual person more options. I think we could add a few more options if we had more people working for us. Maybe we could even have more than one person on a team. Maybe we could even give each person more than one task to work on.
