The reason you feel better about yourself is because the foods that you dont think you need are still being used up and you still have a little bit left to eat. The problem is that most of us don’t know what the rules are. We don’t even know the rules that say you can eat less than you think. There are just two basic ways to eat less: eat less and eat less often. I don’t know about you, but I think I could eat less, and eat less often. It’s just easier to think of myself as a fat person when I eat less often.
It’s like you have to eat less than you think. If you really want to eat less and eat less often, you can’t think of yourself as a fat person. I think I could eat less than I could eat a full body and be pretty fat, but I would still have to eat less than I actually think I can.
Pegy ratio is the ratio of calories to calories consumed (you can see a pretty large difference for calorie vs. fat.) And fat gets you the most fat. We do spend a lot of time weighing food and eating and it’s not easy to figure out that its fat or non-fat.
