I was intrigued to learn about the Relative Vigor Index (RVI) when reading [this article]. I have heard of a couple of methods to calculate the RVI but not many. I found that the best way to figure out whether you were a high- or low-RVI person is to apply the RVI to the average score on the Stanford University Psychological Test.
