Weve been trying to stay away from things that can cause us to become “hard to live with”. So far, weve found that giving away our data on how we’re doing can actually help us get stronger and smarter. In one of our most recent tests, weve determined that if we gave a friend access to our Facebook account, weve gained an additional 10% improvement in our cognitive function.

That’s really interesting, I hadn’t even thought of that. I had thought about it from a very different angle though. I think a big part of the problem is that there is no one single system that can truly track our thoughts and actions. I think it’s a good idea to have a spreadsheet on your computer where you can track all your own thoughts and actions and analyze them and then set up a new spreadsheet for different purposes.
There is, however, an easy way to track your thoughts and actions if you have a spreadsheet. It’s called “Calculator”. It is a very simple spreadsheet, but it can help give you a better understanding of how your daily habits can impact your cognitive function.
And there is one more thing I found very interesting. When you get to a certain point in your life, it can seem as if your everyday routine completely changes. You go from spending time sleeping and eating and drinking to doing nothing and only sleeping and eating. Well, that’s not what happened to me. In fact, I was probably more active and energetic in my early adult years, but not until I was in my late twenties and early thirties.
Even though you can’t change your habits at any given time, you can change the type of habits you have. For example, when I was younger, I was very sedentary. I always enjoyed exercising and I would go to the gym on a regular basis. However, as I got older, I found that the more hours I had to spend in the gym, the harder it became to keep it up.
As you get older, your physical activity level can change. You can find different ways to spend your time in the gym. Sometimes you use your gym time to exercise more, but other times you use it to do more other things.
